Day 1 : Montreal / Departure

Evening flight to Casablanca

Day 2 : Casablanca / Arrival Casablanca

Welcome to Mohammed V airport and on to city tour of Casablanca. You will discover the
Corniche of Casablanca & visit the grand mosque Hassan II
Lunch in a local restaurant

Day 3 : Rabat – Meknes – Volubilis – Fez

After breakfast, visit the white imperial city and the administrative capital of the kingdom.
The sightseeing includes the Mechouar (ramparts and walls surrounding the Royal Palace),
the Oudaya Kasbah, the splendid Mohamed V, mausoleum, the Hassan tower and Chellah
Necropolis.
Continue to Meknes and visit of the Ismalian capital, famous for its 40 km long walls and the
Bab Mansour the most beautiful gate of Morocco. Also visit of the Royal stables of Moulay
Ismael, the Medina and the Jewish quarter.
Continue to Fez via the holy city of Moulay Idriss, where the founder of Islam in Morocco is
buried, and visit the impressive ruins of the Roman city of Volubilis.

Day 4 : Fez

After breakfast, sightseeing in Fez, visit the spiritual capital of Morocco: the medieval Medina
with its Attarine and Bou Anania Medersas, the Nejjarine fountain, the Moulay Idriss mausoleum
and the Karaouine mosque.

Day 5 : Fez – Merzouga

After breakfast, depart for the southern Morocco, travelling through the cedar forest of the
Middle Atlas range and the cities of Ifrane and Azrou. Continue on the main road through
Midelt at the foot of Mont-Ayachi (3750m) and Errachidia, an old military casern.
Continue to the magnificent sand dunes of Merzouga
Dinner and overnight in Maerzouga.

Day 6: Merzouga

After breakfast, Day at leisure.
Optional ($) ATV excursion on the sand dunes. Depart to the famous dunes of Merzouga
via Rissani (ancient capital of trade between Europe, Africa and the Middle East our camp
is placed at the foot of the sand dunes.
Late afternoon, camel ride ( 1 hour) to your Bedouin camp.

Day 7: Merzouga – Boumalne

Early morning, you’ll enjoy the sunrise with mint tea before your camel ride back to the
Kasbah. Breakfast and shower before a full day exploring the beautiful landscapes of the
Great Moroccan South: From Todra Gorge to Dades Gorge to Dades Valley
Dinner and overnight in Merzouga

Day 8 : Boumalne – Ouarzazate– Marrakech

After breakfast, departure for Ouarzazate via Kelaat M’gouna city of roses and and follow the
route of a thousand Kasbahs which passes between the High Atlas and Anti-Atlas ranges.
Sublime landscapes dotted with fortified clay villages, Kasbahs, Ksours, etc..
Arrival in Ouarzazate. Visit the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou (UNESCO World Heritage Site) the
most spectacular fortress in the south of Morocco, which has been the set of many films like
Lawrence of Arabia, Gladiator, Alexander the Great, Kingdom of Heaven, Asterix, the
Mummy …

Dinner and overnight in Marrakech

Day 9 : Marrakech

After Breakfast, the entire day will be devoted to visiting Marrakech, the second oldest
Imperial city, known as the pearl of the South. The city was founded by the Almoravides at
the end of the 11th century. The historical sightseeing includes the Menara garden, the Saadian tombs,
the Bahia palace and the Koutoubia. Afternoon, visit of the souks and handicraft quarters displaying
a variety of items and the famous place Djemâa El Fna with its non-stop entertainment.

After breakfast, rest of the day at leisure.
