Refer a friend or family member to us, and earn Grand Escapades Travel Dollars on all qualifying purchases made by that person for a whole year.

There is no limit on the number of referrals you can make; however, you can only refer people you know personally.

Referral is not applicable toward our existing customers.

Travel Dollars will be tabulated at the rate of 4% of the total qualifying purchases, net of taxes & fees, and be issued in the name of the referrer only after the referred client makes full payment for his/her travel. Travel Dollars can be used for the total or partial payment of any travel product or service available though Grand Escapades.

The referrer has to be registered with Grand Escapades by completing the referrer’s registration form: once accepted, the referrer will be issued a unique referral id code to be used with all referrals.

All referrals have to be made by completing and forwarding to us the Submit a Referral form which requires the referred client’s personal information, the travel product of interest as well as the referrer’s name and unique id code. Upon receipt of this form, we will contact the referred client and advise the referrer to that effect. It is the referrer’s responsibility to assure the Submit a Referral form is duly completed and forwarded to Grand Escapades.

The referrer must explain the Program to his/her referrals and obtain their consent for using their personal information to complete the Submit a Referral form.

The Refer-A-Friend program is intended for use to refer family and friends who have never purchased and/or use any of Grand Escapades’ travel services.

We do not support spamming. Any complaints received due to misuse of this program may result revocation of the id code and the forfeit of any Travel Dollars accrued.

Grand Escapades assumes no responsibility for failure of any e-mail or referral to be received by Grand Escapades on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage incurred by the referrer (or any other person) resulting from this program.

Referrals are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are ineligible, falsified or unlawful in any way. Referrals created and submitted through unauthorized means will be disqualified. In the event that it has been determined that a referral has been made in a manner not sanctioned by these terms, you will be disqualified from this program and any Travel Dollars that have been awarded will be voided. Travel Dollars can only be exchanged for travel services and have no monetary value. You agree to abide by the terms of this program and the decisions of the Grand Escapades team, which are final. This program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Referrer must be over 18 years old. Grand Escapades may end or modify the Program at any time and without prior notice; however Travel Dollars already earned will be honored as per arrangement prior to such modification and/or termination.
