In order to safeguard the safety and well being of our clients while adapting to the rapidly evolving circumstances in which we find ourselves in, we have decided to temporarily close our physical office and create a virtual travel agent service that will handle our clients’ travel needs.
This is certainly a challenging and elaborate project that requires a lot of effort and change; however we view this new reality as a unique opportunity to reach out and create valuable new ways of working that will not reduce but rather enhance the high quality of service we deliver to our clients.
